New Art Exhibit at Blackhawk Gallery
The Alamo Danville Artists’ Society Blackhawk Gallery opened a new exhibit Horizons! on January 21, 2022. The exhibit will be on view Wednesday through Sunday. The Exhibit is free and open to the public.
The Horizons! exhibit features thirty member artists and Jayne Tucker is a Guest Artist.
The exhibit curators are Julia O’Reilly, Debby Koonce, and Andrea Schwartz.
The Blackhawk Gallery is located at 3416 Blackhawk Plaza Circle in Danville, California, in the Blackhawk Plaza. Telephone: (925) 648-8023.
Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 11am-6pm.

Guest Artist
Jayne Tucker is a fiber artist. She is a weaver, macrame artist and tea bag artist.
While living in Ventura, CA, her art was displayed in many shops and galleries.
In October, 2013, she was the featured artist in the Santa Barbara News Press. Her work was also exhibited at the Santa Barbara Museum of Modern Art.
She is currently living in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, CA, and is the the curator of the Delta Gallery in Brentwood, CA. She continues to be inspired by nature and fellow artists. She is passionate about creating using any type of fiber, including recycled tea bags! Her works are truly unique and typically evoke a sense of peace and tranquility.
